FBI uses Steele Dossier to obtain FISA warrant

FBI does not tell FISA court the dossier was paid for by Clinton and the DNC even though it was known throughout the bureau

FBI proceeds to spy on (with source #2) and entrap Page and Papadopoulos to justify Steele Dossier

They spy on (with source #2) other high level members of the Trump Campaign who were not even part of the investigation in the process

This then leads to the Mueller investigation even though it was debunked before the election
