FFS, will you give up on the air freshener thing?! Once again, it has already been debunked! He was pulled over because of his expired license plate!

Yeah - it's so dead now. Used to be a very lively little area.

Serving under Bubba Clinton in the second half of my tour of duty was a trip, too.

I asked about his family - apparently he only has a sister, who doesn't live in the area.

I joined up almost 30 years (August of 1991) - still seems like yesterday, though! My service left a lasting impression on me (both good and bad).

Thanks - I wasn't close with him, or anything, but he was a friendly neighbor whom I always say hello to when out walking my dog and maybe have a quick chat. He was well liked by everyone in the neighborhood.

New Yorkers can be the friendliest/nicest people you will ever meet - you just have to get to know them.

Exactly. If you are that afraid of the Rona, just walk around the maskless person and keep your trap shut. We have wide sidewalks on my street and even if I was coughing all over the place, she was in no danger. I even made extra room for her to get by me before she started running her mouth.

Also want to move to FL. The funny thing was, the day before this I witnessed a male Karen at the grocery store make a nasty comment to a women because she forgot to put on her mask when she entered the store - that just pissed me off for the rest of the day (mainly pissed at myself for not standing up for her, but I was in a hurry and it wasn't worth the trouble). So, when the next day a Karen talked smack to me on the street, I was primed to pop off.
