Per the FEC website, 151/156 political donations by Runbeck employees in 2019-2020 went to ActBlue for various Democrat candidates or directly to Biden's campaign. That's 96.8% by number of contributions, possibly even higher by total value...Those are Biden vote-dump percentages of Democrat-favoritism. They certainly are not an impartial, bias-free actor by even the most cursory search.

I specifically read the instructions about that on our ballots (because I brought my own pen and was on the lookout for such tomfoolery) and my ballot said to use a "black pen or marker," indicating that the Sharpie was fine. That is likely because our ballots were one-sided, so bleed-through is not an issue. Age distribution is likely a huge factor. USA percent of population over 65 is 13.9%. India percent of population over 65 is only 5.7%. We know that the disease is primarily a major threat only to that older demographic (or severely sick people), and India simply has fewer people as a fraction of population in that category, thus fewer are at risk of death. I'm honestly joking about this post, though.
