I'm going to skew the numbers to more easily explain.
Say Biden votes are set to be counted as 1 Trump votes are set to be counted as .5
That means that Biden could get 10 votes and Trump could get 15 votes and the machine will count it as Biden getting 10 votes and Trump getting 7.5 votes.
Essentially, Trump would need double the amount of votes just to break even with Biden.
