My daughter is fit as a fiddle and this kid is a fat trashbox. Im like kid we dont have that trash in this house, its water, milk and tea/coffee. And we drink tea/coffee about 1-2 times a day max, and milk is for cereals(like cornflakes and cheerios) I splurge very rarely on sugar cereals, they are so bad for you.
