The legal liability alone should make any executive recoil in fear. The government has given blanket amnesty to corporations for the effects of the vaccine, but I don't think they gave any other companies or individuals any protection for forcing people to be vaccinated against their will.
That is a potential massive lawsuit if anyone dies or is even in any way negatively affected. I would encourage anyone to keep a written journal of how they feel before they take the vaccine and describe any and all effects after the vaccine. Just alone that could be a lawsuit if there are any effects at all, let alone major ones or even deaths.
If they have already forced people to take the vaccine, that alone could be massive lawsuits for any even slight effect. I suspect there already are lawyers cruising around looking for victims of mandatory vaccination.
Not only that, but there is also the issue of HIPAA rules that should make it impossible for an employer to even ask, let alone demand you not only tell them but even subject yourself to medical treatments.
