What you posted says that Kevin and John are brothers. It says nothing about Stephen. How does Stephen relate to either Kevin or John?
None of what is highlighted nor what you responded with mentions Stephen D Owens. What is the connection to Stephen D Owens? Or ... can you at least draw a line from R. Kevin Owens to Staple Street?
Where is the connection of Kevin Owens and Stephen D Owens?
Agreed. Just based off of what's shown in the article, there is no clear connection. Plus the Stephen D Owens of Staple Street is 49 years old. Unless there's a connection that he's a nephew or some such, I just don't see it.
Sorry, this claim has been deboonked.
Please proceed with spears accordingly.
Religious institutions and clergy, yes. Private businesses, no. The baker that refuses to bake a cake can still be sued for discrimination.
I'd recommend No on all but #3.
1 - Completely unnecessary.
2 - Allow gay marriage with no protections for private businesses to refuse services.
3 - Increase number of times Pardons commission meets to 4 per year (up from 2) and strips the Governor of his unilateral veto on pardons. (There's a huge back-log in the appellate courts and this would help alleviate that.)
4 - Big power grab by the Legislature ... big HELL NO to give those clowns any more authority.
5 - Not on the ballot
6 - Mandate 50% of our energy to be "renewable" (by the lib definition) by 2030.
A Yes on No. 3 isn't a bad idea. The appellate court has a massive back-log so expand to 4 sessions a year is a good idea. Also, I hate the idea of any of our Governor's having a veto that can't be over-ridden.
Big NO on the the others, especially #6.
Forgive my ignorance of what passes for "Normal Procedure" at the DNC, but, if that is a normal practice for anyone who surpasses the delegate threshold (15% if wiki is to be believed), who performed this nomination at the 2016 DNC for good Ole' Bernie? Or at 2008 for Hillary? Or the Rev. Jackson in 1988?
I'd agree more with the notion that every American should have access to a variety of affordable options. You know, like before ObamaCare ruined affordability by making it mandatory by law to have it.
Can't force people to buy something, but you can take down a lot of the artificial barriers and let the free market compete to provide better options.
You know ... someone had to say it. And it's about damn time.
Well done good sir.
