I wore a PLACEBO mask in a grocery store. The checker was visibly triggered. Barely uttered "thank you" and diverted her eyes. I was kind, acting totally normal. These people are apart of a death cult.

I had a very similar experience at my college gym. I made a big post about it. I had to do a virtual check in for a swimming lane at the lap pool, then once I got there had to interface with a mask nazi and check in in person to confirm my identity (after swiping my card to get in the building minutes before). She would tell me which lane I'd be in (despite the pool being mostly empty).

One day after I finished swimming I was drinking water and walking towards the locker room to do some locker room talk and this same mask nazi got in my face "WILL YOU PUT A MASK ON ONCE YOU'RE DONE DRINKING WATER!!". In doing so she violated the 6 foot rule they had posted everywhere and accused me of a thought-crime by definition.

I took this situation to the heads of the gym including the director. All of them gaslighted me as the problem and told me I could drink water but I MUST REMAIN STATIONARY. I ended up getting a 100% refund back so I ultimately won.

Also, Basketball is outlawed. I asked politely if I could sign a waiver just to even shoot around with a mask on but they wouldn't allow it. At this gym, you have to wear a mask while running or lifting weights. It's insane. Go elsewhere man, get a refund.
