Gender Dysphoria is indeed a mental illness, but not all Transgenders are gender dysphoric. There are many Trans Trump supporters who applauded his efforts to keep "Maams" out of the military while allowing true Transgenders to serve while enlisted under the correct biological sex.
Personally I think it's dusgusting that the Democratic party claims to own the LGBTQ vote even though they we weren't even allowed to celebrate our first LGBTQ couple in the white house due to white Socialists unbridled racism and bigotry. Allowing minirities to run the country as puppets for the deep state on the condition that they lie about their sexuality is seriously fucked up.
