By now you should be getting the picture. Life as we know it and have been taught is a lie. We've been living in an illusion while the rich and powerful does God knows what to innocent children and wages war on poor people from multiple fronts. I will no longer be paying taxes filing under religious exemption. I will pay my state taxes, but that is it. If you also step up and live your life they can't stop you. They don't have control over us. Never did. And if they threaten to send their goons, take a stand.

If you're worried about being the next Ruby Ridge, you've already lost.

Over seven years ago, my mother passed away from cancer. In the months and weeks leading up to her passing I fell into the "rational" trap of preparing for the day she was going to be gone... when in reality you can't prepare for something like that. You don't know how it feels until you feel it. I confirmed this when my grandmother was also dying of cancer last year. Instead of "coping" I was hoping. I wanted a miracle. We all did. And it was extremely unlikely, but she wanted us to laugh, have jokes and be in good spirits... I wish I had the same mentality when my mom was leaving. All that "prep" does is keep you in a state of depression when the person is still alive. It's evil. It's bad.

So if you want to be that way. You want to accept defeat now, that is your choice. But you don't get to shit on those who choose to keep the faith and hold the line. Delusion doesn't occur until after everything has happened and you choose to pretend Trump is still President. We aren't there yet. And no if after the 20th he's no longer President, then so be it. I will accept that our country is over (though I think it's been over since 1913), make the best of my time and... see what happens.
