Looks like one person is reading a ballot (the guy) and the other person is transcribing it to another ballot. Maybe their machine only take a certain type of ballot so any other type of ballot must be converted to a readable ballot. I hope theyre not finding invalid (late arriving, improper, illegal...) and converting them to valid, legal ballots..
Could they be filling in boxes that are faint or not filled in completely so the machine will read them properly? I mean, they're not even hiding it. Seems like they would be doing this secretively rather than out in the open.
The ability to determine when a ballot was delivered disappears once the envelope is removed. Poll workers are hustling to get the late ballots out of the envelopes and mixed in with the legit ballots. Once that happens - there is no way to determine when the ballot arrived.
Nah. Watching his townhall , it was like nothing is going on. Business as usual. As long as the media doesn’t talk about it - it doesn’t exist in people’s minds. Until MSM decides it’s a problem then it’s not a problem. Sad.
