These statements are made in their defense. They are made in no "official" manner. They aren't made and sworn to with any penalty of perjury. And yet they are potentially the defendant, what do you expect a perp to say when asked if they did the crime? Additionally they address "portions" of her claims in broad terms and statements and have nothing but their words ( no witnesses, affadavits or other "evidence") to supporr their claims/defense.
On the other hand Sidney has been out there making claims, answering questions and finally using the lawful process to put these claims in front of our courts.
