Levine's rise is utterly disconnected from any qualifications he may have.

He was selected to inflict maximum humiliation upon heritage stock Americans.

Because:

  1. The wolves in sheep's clothing pushed them, and

  2. Parler had an app

The subverted platforms always have more gloss and polish because that's where the "controlled opposition" money got steered to. If you want based content anymore, it requires extra steps. Always. The oligarchs are not on our side.

Only 4 out of 9 justices (not the majority 5 out of 9 that one might expect) need to agree to take a case for the case to be heard.

Third hand reports of the shouting that went on inside the justices' chambers suggests that Roberts bullied the "two junior justices" (this would be Kavanaugh and Barrett) into silence on the matter of whether to hear the Texas case. So you only had Alito & Thomas registering their dissent, and I suppose Gorsuch also got persuaded to bite his tongue.

All the justices have equal constitutional weight with one another, but humans gonna human, so a dominance hierarchy takes root, of which Justice Roberts sits atop.

Disrupt that dominance hierarchy with questions about the leader's integrity, however, and Roberts could find himself an outcast within the court.

This may be why Lin Wood is dumping the dirt today on Justices Roberts and Breyer's little chat from back in August.

Now, in order to restore his own perceived objectivity, Roberts would need to agree to hear the new cases that were individually filed from each of the swing states to mimic the Texas case that Roberts threw out.

Plus, Wood's publicly revealing Roberts' corruption would influence the three Trump appointees to vote their conscience instead of following their alleged leader.
