Some people do, but I don't think that's an accurate label. They weren't realllllly Pharaohs, they were Makedonian rulers of Egypt play-acting as Pharaohs. Were the Roman Emperors also Pharaohs when they controlled Egypt?
Pharaoh generally refers to the rulers of ancient Egypt and there is debate if the Ptolemic or Roman periods count as "ancient Egypt" or if it ends in the Late Period. Many consider the Ptolemics as successors to the Pharaohs rather than actual Pharaohs. But I guess if you want to then you can definitively say [some of] "the Pharaohs were white"... which is as silly as saying "the Pharaohs were black". The reality is they were Mediterranean/middle eastern people farther north and African people farther south. The vast bulk of the rulers were not "black" as we know it today but they also wouldn't be labeled "white" other than the very last ones from across the sea.
You can feel however you like but I've never seen a compelling conservative argument why the federal government should be able to ban a plant or anything close to explaining what law it was that granted them that power (particularly when not shipped interstate).
Your state should be able to set its own rules on the subject. This is a state's* rights question more than anything else.

Portland is already full of guns, no need for anybody outside the city to supply them. Plenty of the Proud Boys or Patriot Prayer members are natives to the area, unlike the rioters which are largely transplants from elsewhere around the country.
Only true for Multnomah County and maybe 2 others along the Willamette Valley Liberal Corridor. Oregon is a very big state and in the vast bulk of it you can shoot an arsonist without any worry.
