Here, here! Also LE in a big blue city. The time to take your stance is before you're given any illegal orders. While you're at work talking about what's going on with your colleagues and supervisors you state your position. You will find out who's who. I would never be given such a job because my sgt knows I wouldn't comply. If I received the job from dispatch, once on scene, I'd tell that woman the same thing and be on my way (and wait for the probable call to meet with the watch commander in the station). I've been dumped out of units before for taking such a stance. I know these "skirmishes" don't amount to much of anything, but what's right is right. In addition I know who I can trust and work with.

Just as "news" agencies do not certify elections, they don't judge cases. I believe Sidney or Rudy stated in the briefing today that they won't say more as it needs to be heard by the courts first.

I had no idea when reading "Animal Farm" in high school that it would ring so true in my life time and in so many ways.

No. I would prefer they stay and tell it like it really is. Shunning them simply for staying at Fox would make us no better than the Leftists.

That plus the weaponization of the IRS against grass root Tea Party organizations and as others have mentioned that Romney was basically a "Tomato Can" for Obama.

My nieces love using that face changer photo app that shows what dudes would look like as a female.

This is something I could see a kindergarden teacher doing, not the mayor of a major city. When I first saw a picture of this I thought it was a meme. When I saw the actual footage, I was embarrassed for her.

Honestly, I didn't even realize the league was starting up until I started seeing posts about it on here. And no, I will not be watching.

That dude should be cuffed to his bed awaited release from the hospital and then transported to the police station for processing.

Call the police. Tell the operator what you have and that you want it documented and that you'll be waiting on scene. When the police arrive you'll need to repeat the request. Be polite but let them know in no uncertain terms that you want it documented. The responding unit will make out a report that requires notification to the Postal Inspectors. In Chicago you should be given a VIN (victim information notice) that has the report number written on it so you can follow up later if you'd like. No cop wants to worry about a political hot potato and even if he/she is a dog-ass or politically conflicted they will need to document the event so that it doesn't come back to bite them in the ass. A good copper will simply do the work. A fellow pede may add colorful commentary about the state of the city.

Dude... Burritogate is a short respite from the shit show we are in. Those doctors are straight up heroes. They risk everything. Dr Gold was recently fired from the hospital she worked for because of her stance on HCQ. I bring their story up on a regular basis in an attempt to red pill the normals. Now if you will excuse me, my burrito is ready.

You'll find this site is great. All the news that'll get you fired up plus the memes that'll have you literally laughing out loud.

I remember back in the early 80's in grammar school going over the American Revolution and one of my favorite teachers stating that the newspapers and pamphlets written then were not "the news" but opinions that were robustly debated. I took that to heart and have always questioned anything in the media.

You don't know the police at all. a police department does not have a hive mind. The mayor and new police superintendent (from Dallas) were completly unprepared and have positions above their capabilities. They have been trying to save money by cutting back on over time. That does speaks to your theory. So instead of preparing the department for what everyone saw coming, they did nothing. The rank and file suffered for it as did the entire city. By the way, the Governor of Illinois was enjoying his weekend up in Wisconsin with his family.
