These people perpetrated a media-hoax in the name of Donald Trump. Those shirts are being sold on lots of tee-shirt sites. Search "maga civil war shirt". They sure went up fast, across many platforms. This looks like blackblock meant to call attention to the wearer.

Proper blackblock has no logos so there's nothing to identify the wearer. This draws attention and associates the wearer with MAGA, Donald J Trump, and a call for civil war. It was a uniform.

That guy's got grey hair and dark eyebrows. I'd say 40-50 years old. I agree.
