Think of it as reimbursement for mineral rights you cannot own were you to buy land. You can put stuff on top, but you don't own the stuff underneath. It would hurt a lot more if your 30 year old schrool teacher bought 1000 acres and struck gold or oil. I agree with Karen, in that the waiting period needs to be increased. Also public schrool here sucks, and kids aren't effectively educated on these things.

I will be with you in spirit! My state capitol is about 800 miles away and only accessible by air or water.

I believe it was canceled due to the Secret Service saying the area was too insecure. Protesters, commies, whatnot.

What are these “cases” the news keeps referring to? My coworkers do the same thing. I try to tell them, but to no avail.

Context context context! Some of my coworkers are still in the total outrage camp and say “that’s what people always say” when I bring up missing context. The media has made its business out of artfully omitting context.

Pedobear was an anti-pedo meme. It started on 4chan s as a way to warn mods about people posting CP. Pedobear is like Smokey the Bear but warning of pedos instead of fires.

Of course, Buck is also former CIA, and has been black pilled lately.

I listened to an interview regarding Drudge a week or two ago. I think on Buck Sexton. The interviewee was saying Drudges website has always been just a business. He would often swap conservative stories with articles favorable to Obama because it was good for the site, even if it wasn’t what people wanted to read. He does things that he thinks are good for his site and views.

I want to see stats on overall deaths per month for the past couple years in these states and see how they measure up. Here in AK, the state released a paper showing overall deaths from January through May from 2017 through now. We're right on average for mortality rate.

It's remarkably easy to grow one's own food, and if space or crappy soil is an issue, 5 gallon buckets are an efficient alternative to in-ground rows.

This guy has lots of useful info on growing potatoes in buckets. Tomatoes and peppers also take well to 5-gallon bucket containers. Onions also, which have a 2-year growing cycle, can be bought as yearlings and grown fairly easily.
