Someone please correct me if i am wrong but, my understanding is that if the votes for a state are thrown out, then the threshold is no longer 270. The total electoral votes are decreased by the number of electors for the state that is thrown out, reducing the number needed to win. So today, there are 538 total electoral votes. half of that is 269, requiring a candidate to get 270 to win. If the contested states are thrown out, their counts are subtracted from 538. right now there are 84 votes in WI, MI, PA, GA, NV, AZ, and NM (https://www.270towin.com). 538 - 84 = 454. 454 / 2 = 227. That means 228 votes are now needed to win the election. Trump would have 232 and biden would have 222. Trump wins. The only time it goes to congress for a vote is if neither candidate gets majority of electoral votes, which happens when there is a tie.

Starting with "I examined just over 9,008,753 records", records of what? then "245,033 or just under 47% of the total Last Names in PA only belong to 1 and only 1 person", 245,033 of the what total? the 9 million or the 521 thousand unique names? then theres "I have discovered that PA has 695,430 Fewer People in the top 1000 Last Names", how does he know how many people should be there with those last names? and the rest of it makes less sense since i have no idea what he's talking about.
