This absolutely. My dad was feeling completely dejected after the election because he doesn't have internet. He knew they were stealing it, but because of the corrupt media, he wasn't aware of the counterattack being prepared.
Needless to say, he's feeling much better about the situation after a lengthy conversation.
He's not "elected" until the electors officialize it. The media prematurely calls it, amidst all the legality questions, so that a narrative can be set and all newspaper headlines can read the same, in an attempt to cement in normies brains that it is legitimate.
