There needs to be a manual recount of every ballot!

Do you understand how blockchain technology works? It is simply a watermark on the paper that is used to print the ballot on. It’s a code embedded into the paper of the ballot that is keyed to each individual voter. It can’t be duplicated or counterfeited. If it was used in these swing states without their know they have a huge problem if the fabricated votes for Biden.
