Even more "genius" about this shit, they're packing the homeless shelters because homelessness breaks curfew, but most shelters have covid outbreaks, so their curfew will automatically increase total covid cases from the homeless alone. Not to mention that closing most stores and limiting the amount of time people can go grocery shopping will pack more people into the businesses that are allowed to stay open.
