Not just amazon. Gotten multiple refunds from a vendor due to them poorly packing and FedEx throwing +40# packages in a 3 box stack on the porch. Finally switched to another vendor who packs better and doesn't use FedEx.
The biggest problem I have is with reading. I switched completely to ebooks due to vision issues. I use a Kindle for the e-ink. I had been buying from B&N to support an actual bookseller, but recently had issues stripping DRM so I could convert the books to read them on my kindle. Yes, I use Calibre and Apprentice Alf. The last time B&N forced a password change it stopped working. The kindle will be replaced when I can get color e-ink.
