No see, someone broke into his house when he was standing on a chair trying to fix his rope hanging from the ceiling. Something startled him and he shot, causing the rope to lunge around his neck and he fall off the chair from the recoil. Typical stuff, really.
Thanks for the info. Maybe my confusion is simply how could you not confirm you're entering your biometric data into a system if you're plugging in your fingerprint to be collected and checked and then sue for them collecting your biometric data.
The biggest problem is they're likely not actually storing the fingerprint. They're storing a hash value seeded by the fingerprint itself. But it won't be worth it to actually explain that to a jury. They'll just most likely settle because what are the odds a hash can be explained to a jury.
No clue about any other jobs or roles but theres a reason Twitter is on the top wants for anyone with programming experience. These are awesome perks but also keep in mind: Their salaries are not great for the place they live. Google pays its top software engineers 300k/yr and thats what it takes to actually get a decent home there, I'd assume Twitter is the same.
These perks are all fluff because ultimately its more cost efficient to have all these perks than pay salaries that it would take to live in the SF area.
Imagine a world where you can be chased down, arent allowed to fire upon someone grabbing your gun because its on a lanyard and they dont have full possession of it.
A minute later you are being chased down, hit on the head and knocked down. You're struck in the head with a kick and arent allowed to defend yourself by firing on him.
And a second later Someone hits you broadside on the head with a weapon and you aren't allowed to fire upon him.
A second later, someone runs up to you, you aim the weapon at them, they put their hands up, they back down and you lower your weapon. 1. You arent allowed to raise your weapon to them. They're allowed to charge you when you lower your weapon, point their gun at you and you're not allowed to fire upon them until they shoot you first.
This is basically the prosecutions argument.
The dumbasses made an electric suv and called it a mustang its no wonder they can't make it sell.
