Oh, I thought this was just the pages they typed.

Wouldn't the document be all typed out anyways? Why would they need to rescan it, instead of just copying it or uploading the originals?

Are there a lot in this one, too? I read the whole Georgia one, and between grammatical errors, spelling errors, punctuation errors, and errors with capitalization and other various font stuff, it had a mistake on almost every page.

It a little bit better towards the last 40 pages, and they were spread out more, but there were many pages with multiple errors in the first half.

It seemed like it was never proofread over completely, and that the spell check lines were turned off. Maybe it was very rushed, or maybe these are just rough drafts or something? Are these like the FINAL copy, that judge's look at?

Plaintiffs seek an emergency order instructing Defendants to de-certify the results of the General Election for the Office of President.

In the alternative, Plaintiffs seek an emergency order prohibiting Defendants from including in any certified results from the General Election the tabulation of absentee and mailing ballots which do not comply with the Election Code, including, without limitation, the tabulation of absentee and mail-in ballots Trump Campaign’s watchers were prevented from observing or based on the tabulation of invalidly cast absentee and mail-in ballots which (i) lack a secrecy envelope, or contain on that envelope any text, mark, or symbol which reveals the elector’s identity, political affiliation, or candidate preference, (ii) do not include on the outside envelope a completed declaration that is dated and signed by the elector, or (iii) are delivered in- person by third parties for non-disabled voters.

When we consider the harm of these uncounted votes, and ballots not ordered by the voters themselves, and the potential that many of these unordered ballots may in fact have been improperly voted and also prevented proper voting at the polls, the mail ballot system has clearly failed in the state of Georgia and did so on a large scale and widespread basis. The size of the voting failures, whether accidental or intentional, are multiples larger than the margin in the state. For these reasons, Georgia cannot reasonably rely on the results of the mail vote. Relief sought is the elimination of the mail ballots from counting in the 2020 election. Alternatively, the electors for the state of Georgia should be disqualified from counting toward the 2020 election. Alternatively, the electors of the State of Georgia should be directed to vote for President Donald Trump.

For these reasons, Plaintiff asks this Court to enter a judgment in their favor and provide the following emergency relief:

  1. An order directing Governor Kemp, Secretary Raffensperger and the Georgia State Board of Elections to de-certify the election results;

  2. An order enjoining Governor Kemp from transmitting the currently certified election results to the Electoral College;

  3. An order requiring Governor Kemp to transmit certified election results that state that President Donald Trump is the winner of the election;

  4. An immediate order to impound all the voting machines and software in Georgia for expert inspection by the Plaintiffs.

  5. An order that no votes received or tabulated by machines that were not certified as required by federal and state law be counted.

  6. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia Secretary of State Rule 183-1-14-0.9-.15 violates the Electors and Elections Clause, U.S. CONST. art. I, § 4;

  7. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia’s failed system of signature verification violates the Electors and Elections Clause by working a de facto abolition of the signature verification requirement;

  8. A declaratory judgment declaring that current certified election results violates the Due Process Clause, U.S. CONST. Amend. XIV;

  9. A declaratory judgment declaring that mail-in and absentee ballot fraud must be remedied with a Full Manual Recount or statistically valid sampling that properly verifies the signatures on absentee ballot envelopes and that invalidates the certified results if the recount or sampling analysis shows a sufficient number of ineligible absentee ballots were counted;

  10. An emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be Seized and Impounded immediately for a forensic audit—by plaintiffs’ expects;

  11. A declaratory judgment declaring absentee ballot fraud occurred in violation of Constitutional rights, Election laws and under state law;

  12. A permanent injunction prohibiting the Governor and Secretary of State from transmitting the currently certified results to the Electoral College based on the overwhelming evidence of election tampering;

  13. Immediate production of 36 hours of security camera recording of all rooms used in the voting process at State Farm Arena in Fulton County, GA from 12:00am to 3:00am until 6:00pm on November 3.

  14. Plaintiffs further request the Court grant such other relief as is just and proper, including but not limited to, the costs of this action and their reasonable attorney fees and expenses pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1988.

I read the whole thing, and there were spelling errors, grammatical errors, punctuation errors, errors with capitalization, and various other small errors such as changing font size, or accidental changes to bold/italic text.

I'm not sure if this is the FINAL copy, but it an error (sometimes multiple) on nearly every page. Seemed to get a bit better in the last half, but the first half had many pages with multiple errors.

It seemed like this was VERY rushed to get out there, and was never proofread to check for errors. Not sure if they matter or not. I know switching names like Trump/Biden would be an oof, but not sure how much this stuff means to the case beyond just how professional it seems.

You know what's funny? Well, kinda not funny actually...

There was a guy a few days ago, who posted the same lookup of dominionvotingsystems.com that showed China, and it didn't get that many upvotes, because everyone talked shit and said he was wrong because the real site was dominionvoting.com.

AND someone mentioned the HSBC loan, and people ALSO said it didn't mean anything because HSBC is a huge company, and all corporations use it.

Also, where do you find all the attached affidavits?

If that was in the Bee, I'd call bullshit, and say that's too unbelievably retarded to even be considered satire.

That's how ridiculous I feel this being on "real" news is... This has to be the most downright ridiculous thing I have EVER heard, lmao.

*So, it turns out the gas from decomposition and being close to the surface, made the dirt shift and some broke through the surface.

Fake news gonna fake news.

Look up "Trump firing squad"

I use DuckDuckGo, not sure what will come up on other search engines. Probably be all over Google, I'm sure they are trying to frame it as a "bad" thing.

No, I'm serious. I wasn't joking about my comment, apparently he really is.

It's technically NOT, but is SHOULD be.

Well, apparently Trump is rushing to reinstate firing squads, soooo...

That what up with asking Haspel to declassify all that shit, and she keeps saying no?

If he want it declassified, why doesn't he just tell her to go fuck herself?

It looks like more than just this picture leaked.

Just look up "Trump firing squad".

Not sure what comes up on Google, but you get hits in DuckDuckGo. Shouldn't be using Google anyways.

He's trying to pass other stuff, but the firing squad part is in the headlines.

No, he doesn't have an honest opinion of anything. He goes where the wind blows. His opinion is whatever seems the most popular at the time, or will generate the most profit/views.

If he knew that switching to a leftist agenda would double his base over night, he'd be wearing a BLM shirt and pussy hat tomorrow, and talking about how everything is racist.

I'm not talking about keeping updated with current events, posts just giving wise words and encouragement, or updates on a pending or planned lawsuit that won't hurt to give out any details.

I'm specifically referring to the "something big coming soon" with no further info. It just gives MSM ammo to say people are just "mailing claims", and everybody starts saying "tic-tok", and if it doesn't happen on the states date, people start claiming it was all talk. I've even been seeing people posting on HERE that they think Sidney doesn't have the goods to back up her claims, because her stuff didn't drop today like she said.

Honestly, I'm more tired of seeing people CONSTANTLY post the words "tic-tok" than the actual waiting itself. Posting "tic-tok" doesn't make it go any faster, it's just a put down to people that are working and may need a little more time to get it right, which is another reason I don't think people should hype up dates. Things DO change.

They've kinda got us between a rock and a hard place, though. I complacent Republican is FAR better than an active Democrat.

8
Hairy_Mouse 8 points ago +9 / -1

No, but it's just getting stupid at this point. They are treating it like this is some sort of entertainment. If one or two people did something like this, whatever. But I CONSTANTLY see this "Coming soon, to a courthouse near you" shit from ALLL these different people.

At this point it's just kinda silly. When it's ready, give an announcement, if it's not, don't. Because here's the thing... They say this, and if it's not ready, people start getting all crazy and being like "Where's it at? I thought you had evidence? Why not lawsuit?". THEN, people start posting "tic-tok" on here, which had been posted THOUSANDS of times and I'm tired of seeing it.
