However the more I think about this, depending on the margin of victory in a 3-4 party system, you could have a president that was supported by as much as 74% of the population. Not to be a jerk, but it’s literally a single page ruling. If you just read it then you’d understand. Initial reversal was due to semantics over who the defendant was. Kemp and team argued that election officials are ones in control not them, so judge ruled in their favor with reversal. Lin/Sydney requested emergency injunction meeting and said fine we will just add their names as defendants then. Judge decided that was good enough and went back to original

Lin/Sydney requested another emergency hearing around 8pm and stated fine they will just add those names as defendants. Seemed to be enough for judge. Reading this, sounds like Defendants (Cuck Kemp and the boys) have until Tuesday to submit any evidence of why we SHOULDNT be allowed to audit the machines. No changes allowed in the interim to software. Also seems that we will not get any info out of the machines, it would be filmed and confidential to the court
