Because everyone knows who the party of election fraud is. It's just taken for granted that if there's evidence of ballot stuffing, it's the democrats doing it LOL.
Ok, I hate to be the one to have to point this out, but:

Military tribunals are for military detainees. A civilian does not become a military figure by committing election fraud or even treason.

Even if all of the deep state traitors get convicted for treason, not one of them is going to gitmo. That's not what gitmo is.
Gitmo isn't just a super-prison for really, really important prisoners. That's a child's understanding of what gitmo is.
Gitmo is a quasi-POW camp for holding guerillas/terrorists captured overseas (mainly Al Qaeda) in the war on terror. It's only in gitmo because gitmo technically isn't US soil, meaning non-US citizen prisoners held there can be denied certain rights (because they're in a legal grey area somewhere between common criminals and prisoners of war).
None of this applies to Americans captured in America for committing criminal offenses. Those people can and will be sent to ordinary federal prisons on US soil.
This whole "military tribunals" "they're going to gitmo" stuff is pure Qanonsense. Whoever originated these tropes doesn't even have a basic understanding of what gitmo is or what military tribunals are for.
The larping isn't helpful. It distracts people and gets them hoping for fantastical things that cannot and will not happen. Let's keep to reality, please.
