It is true that, in the United States, at least, we have a constitution that imposes strict limits on some powers of government. But, as we have discovered in the past century, no constitution can interpret or enforce itself; it must be interpreted by men. And if the ultimate power to interpret a constitution is given to the government’s own Supreme Court, then the inevitable tendency is for the Court to continue to place its imprimatur on ever-broader powers for its own government. Furthermore, the highly touted “checks and balances” and “separation of powers” in the American government are flimsy indeed, since in the final analysis all of these divisions are part of the same government and are governed by the same set of rulers -- Murray Rothbard

Not when there is a mass vaccination happening. This is evident in Marek's disease and what Geert Vanden Bossche is saying.

The opposing theory is that the mass vaccination will cause the virus to mutate into a more deadly virus and only the vaccinated will survive. Something like Marek's disease in chickens.

Does Vegas have odds on how Bill Gates wipes out humanity?

Yup that's for sure. But as I like to point out SCOTUS is to blame even more. What he could have done was controversial and would have at best bought us 2 weeks of state legislatures doing nothing. Has the AZ audit even started yet?

The SCOTUS had every right and responsibility to fix this in a single court case.

Yeah, suspicious as hell. Red in all local elections but blue in federal. No fucking way.

In Hunter's defence he started fucking her before his brother died.

I agree with that but only partially, so form my (admittedly anecdotal experience) I can say.

I worked in Europe for an European based company, with offices in Western and Eastern Europe. Pretty much all the super smart engineers in Eastern Europe aren't really interested in moving to the US. Some do it for an adventure, much like I did with moving to Europe, and then go back after a few years. Some end up working in Western Europe because it's closer to home and don't need special work visas.

I trained some people form India that came just to be trained, they were incredibly smart, hold high positions, and don't want to leave India, one was ultra right wing even, we still keep in touch.

I'm sure there are incredibly smart people that come here from all those countries, but from my experience, all the ones that I've worked with in the US that came on H1-B visas, with very few exceptions, have been sub par.

I think the super smart and hard working can have a decent life anywhere so they're not as interested in leaving as the ones that are just barely smart and resourceful enough.

So Elon Musk has to go but Hunter Biden gets to stay?

People don't always move for economic reasons. They move because they get married and they have to pick a place to live.

Some that move here become job creators for Americans.

There are immigrants that escaped communism in Eastern Europe that stood up against it until they basically had a knife at their throat and had to leave to save their families. These are the people that stand against communism here now.

If we could trade all the commies born in the US for some good capitalists born elsewhere I'd be 100% for that.

Ok, I agree if he doesn't enforce it.

However, he doesn't seem to keep quiet about Donald Trump "losing" in NH and how he "couldn't believe what Donald Trump was asking in that GA phone call after he listened to the whole thing."

Even though we know listening to the whole thing shows Donald Trump didn't say anything wrong.

So I'm not convinced his intentions are good, especially with his eye on the Senate seat.

I've been down voting all twitter posts no matter how much I agree with them. It's always possible to post a screenshot.

If we all do that they will go away.

He can have his opinion, that I don't agree with, as long as he's not for forcing the vaccines onto the people that don't want them.

Personally I really hope the vaccines do work, not so much for covid but because of all the promising things mRNA technology could do (if it works) like help with treating cancer and other life threatening diseases.

If I had a disease like cancer and this was the last hope I have I'd give it a shot. However for something that is not much more than a cold for most people taking an untested medical treatment, where similar ones had disastrous effects in the lab is stupid in my humble opinion.

That's really the state I'd expect to do something, Republican Governor, Senate and House.

The Governor doesn't seem to be moving on the election fraud audit either.

Where are the New England states with Republican governors? Not a peep out of them.

I probably wouldn't give a shit even if I took th time to listen. I can't stand hearing that pedophile speak.

The bill of rights doesn't guarantee anything it's just a piece of paper, it can't enforce itself that's left up to men.

It just tells government they can't mess with anything listed. You were born with those rights and many others including anything else that isn't prohibited even if it's not listed. What is listed is a limitation on government, not a list of rights granted to you. A government can't give you any rights it can only take them away. And you can only keep them if the politicians fear you.

In that sense the tyrant is right. He can do whatever he wants because he knows no one will stop him so he doesn't fear us.

It doesn't matter what the constitution says, or what the law is, when there are enough cops or military just following orders and no one to stand up to them.

The grammar in Slavic languages is ridiculous. Russian is a bit easier since it has 6 cases while other Slavic languages have 7 but still crazy hard.
