I was huge Obama supporter. Then he went to DC and disappeared, so much for the whole “grass roots” movement. Then he basically failed to fix everything he said he would. And then by the end of 8 years all I saw is race conflict had gotten worse—all the peaceful sense of unity I had experienced at his rallies had turned into a dull frustration, I got embarrassed by his blaming rural white people (wtf kind of unity is that), and our towns and factories were dead all over, and all he could say is he accomplished is that didn’t have a scandal (when it was obvious the media would never let him have one).

I actually found it impossible to believe in religion because I was raised in a religious household—I couldn’t tell if it was really what I wanted or I was just too conditioned to religion. So I dropped it, left the church. I was jealous of those who were raised without religion because it seemed a more fair way to make a decision about it. So I don’t agree with your statement.

I feel like we say “follow Trump or GTFO” around here, and then we turn around and say the only solutions are options completely different than what he has ever discussed. Even regarding the 6th we saw this. Trump has always said we need to be peaceful and he has always said the Republican Party is ours to be reclaimed. So that’s what I will do.
