They house rules just adopted require Pence to introduce all papers purporting to be electoral votes.
Why doesn't Pence count both slates from a state that has two?
If so Trump wins since the count now in the public is 306-232. The 306 already has those states in there. Add all that to Trump and he wins.
What if VP Pence decides not to count the votes on Jan 6th?

Reps don't care about us. All these Reps at the state levels that turned their back on us need to be voted out in the next cycle.
The truth is, we need a new party. A new way for the post Trump times of trouble.
Call it what you will, American Party etc but we need to abandon the Reps because they are as crooked as the Dems.

Is the only remedy left to have congress challenge the electoral votes from those states and discard them?
Constitution says that the votes will be counted. So Nancy can't stop the vote counting process.
I was thinking that the president and vice president were clear and would depend on congress. However and as far as I know there is no constitutional path laid out for senators and representatives. I don't even know why we have a popular vote anymore. Let the states elect people to their state houses that will vote for their presidential candidate and do what they want to get done in the state too.
See that confuses me. If they throw out the election then no reps from any of those states can be seated?
I need to look it up, but not sure what the party majorities are in the HOR from the affected states.
Can they audit and redo the voting in time? I guess so, its 3.5 weeks off. I live in GA and I know that Perdue and Loeloffer (sp) were elected and no need for run off if the votes were to be redone.
I don't think any would. I think the Reps have 26 states, but not sure.

Why? Because the constitution lays out a path. VP Pence will count the votes and toss out the offending states electoral slates because of the fraud.
House will go into session immediately to choose the Prez. Senate will choose the VP.
