I think their session ends Monday. I learned this from watching Bannon yesterday. If this session can't get it done they going to have to get the new session sworn in before anything can be done. It can be done but I don't see it taking less than week.
I think if the Gov doesn't sign off they can take it to SC and say their only remedy is for the SC to get involved.
The lower court, didn't get involved because they had a remedy available. That is, this resolution.

Well, the election rules were changed without the state legislature voting. That is plainly cut and dried a violation of the rules.
The Ga election was illegal. Presidential electors will be choose by the state legislature.
Down ballot will have to be redone.

I think there is some personal liability involved if they certify an election where evidence of fraud is so prevalent and it later comes back on them. So when I say stupidity I mean why would they go out on a limb to personally attest to this election. Maybe I am wrong about the personal liability.
If Kemp had any sense he would call the state legislature into session and let them handle it.
No way this election or whatever you want to call it stands. No SOS or Gov in the respective states involved with this will be stupid enough to certify the vote.
