I'm ready to go right now, but I'm not suicidal or insane. If I tried to go solo, I'd be arrested immediately and every single one of you would denounce me. It would accomplish nothing. For DC, I'd estimate that we need about 100k armed militia members. Any other city, we'd need 10k-50k. We would also have to be extremely careful not to fire any weapons or stand in formation.
