That's not possible the votes can't be seperated. The best you could do is remove a random sampling of ballots,e or just reduce the votes by the fraudurlent number. ie. if there were 100k votes, 20k of fraud. And in the original Trump got 40K and Biden got 60k. You reduce the total both by 20% leaving trump with 32k and Biden 48K.
Ok, so publish the list of all these people and let the citizens arrest begin. Georgia has VERY strong citizen's arrest law. A normal citizen has essentially the same arresting power as any law enforcement officer in Georgia.
So lets see the list, and link it to the relevant statues.
If 24% didn't request them, then that is extra 24% of ballots. If 23% did but didn't get returned then that is minus 23%. The difference is only 1% so it's actually a negligible difference in the net votes. Now of course that 24% extra probably all went to Biden, and the 23% lost probably was all for Trump but when you look at the numbers it's only a 1% difference.

Not in 2017, but in 2016 a poster came on and said that he was in the Obama administration and that Obama was wire tapping Trump. This poster had a randomly assigned unique ID that started with "Q".
Therefore in that thread, people started referring to him as "Q" and "QAnon" which was a common way to reference a posters unique ID.
Then once it became clear that this was true people started coming out and claiming to be QAnon from the original post that made a lot of predictions. Most did not pan out.
That's it. There's is literally only one legit QAnon thread that ever occurred. Everything else is suspect and probably NOT the actual Qanon.
One major issue is that after Trump became president the original QAnon would be gone, because he was part of the Obama Admin.
