The knock vs no-knock is what people are focusing on but that’s kind of beside the point. The piece that gets missed is that once the shooting starts, the police can shoot back, and should. Case is open and closed. It’s unfortunate that she died but she was in an active shooting that happens.
Now on a more philosophical/constitutional level I do have a problem with no-knock entries. I think they should be reserved for very dangerous criminals where knocking really puts the police in danger, and or would lead to destruction of evidence. I’m certainly not a fan of getting my door knocked down. Obviously I’m not a criminal so it’s way less likely, but you never know when Holder and Obama-like swamp creatures will inevitably be in charge again some day and make it illegal to browse .win.
