I think the Trump campaign and RNC had some sort of agreement to where Trump split his donations to them and they ran the funds. I donated from President Trump's website. I stopped donating when stories started coming out that the RNC was not using hardly any Stop the Steal donations on litigation or anything related to the Election Fraud.

If it goes to Congress it isn't a normal vote. Each state is given a vote, based on state legislative control. 50 votes, 1 per state delegation. Currently Republicans control 29, Democrats 19 and 2 are split.
