someone on here said where his skin and collar meets looks funny, that big artifact that sticks out i don't see in other frames i looked at. But i'm not a video guy. I have little bit of digital imaging background but not video with compression added it. I don't see a pixel that size in the rest of the video but it still very well could just be an artifact.
