It’s the use of absentee ballots in this election which is new in the statutes, and this change wasn’t following the correct procedure, as it was never ran through the legislature. So Trump, Texas et al sets out the following mitigations: Disqualify electors chosen because the popular vote might be wrong. Let the legislators choose their own electors, or none at all. Disqualify absentee ballots because the use of them was unconstitutional. Choose electors based on the new result after enforcing point above.

No. Om not saying it’s the case here. And the child is not doing this alone. But there are multiple cases out there where an abusive mother or father is given a restraining order, and the other parents (lawfully) moves away with the child. If the restrained parent start posting things like this all over Facebook, it’s very important that witnesses communicates via the Sheriffs office instead of directly to the parent. Again I’m not saying this is the case here, but always be vigilant. And no, an 11 y.o does not do this on her own, but there are legal ways to “run away”, and reasons not to be wanted to be found by a parent/parents.
