This. The second wave fear mongering only had legs if you believe in the limited infection rates that they can show from testing. However loads of people will have had it without ever getting tested or in some cases without realizing they had it.
There was a really bad flu going around at Christmas. I suspect that was also Chinese virus but much milder. Lots of people got it, especially kids and it did a cause a lot of deaths. We know that some people have tested positive for it prior to it's known origin in the West which supports this theory. This would also explain why kids aren't the "super spreaders" they had assumed.
Our true then there wouldn't be a second wave because the infection rate would be close to herd immunity requirements.

Yeah I've literally heard medical experts say masks are not necessarily beneficial and that staying at home could reduce immunity so it's literally NOT in distance of medical experts
