Bait and switch with the Donna Brazil debate questions, maybe?

Protein amount should be based on your lean body mass and what you are trying to do with your muscle mass. More protein if bulking then if trying to maintain for example. As far as fat the amount you need is just to fill in the deficit in calories to where your goal is, a well as being satiated. If your overweight you can eat very little fat if you can handle it from a hunger standpoint.

You must have missed that as of July 15th hospitals have been instructed to bypass the CDC and report directly to the HHS. Remember the CDC is not a government agency, it is a private company. It also has its own charity ie. 501(c)(3) that it used for funding.

I used to support Trump... I still do, but I used to too...

Mitch, we miss you.

After rereading your message, I'd imagine the issue you describe is the opposite issue I've been having, not enough force for the last few.

Honestly I think the feeding issue comes from the ungodly tight springs they used. The few mags I initially bought are no longer giving me any issues, been storing them fully loaded. Brand new mag I had with me today caught 3 bullets.

My only complaint is they only have magwell inserts for the new Ruger, American Ruger and Glock mags. My pistol is the older Ruger mags. They feed, but the mag falls out if not held in place. Frustrating because the idea is a system of a pistol and carbine that shares mags. Searching online is bizarre, as there are very few mentions of this issue. I'm sure I'm not the only person who was excited for the new version to complete the system.

Beautiful, very accurate. At 100 yards with iron sights, standing, I'm still able to clear out the center of the target.
