I think there is a left-right alliance ready to form, but it's likely to be with people who aren't insane (and fake populists) like AOC. Jimmy Dore, Glenn Greenwald, Matt Taibbi, Michael Tracey, Katie Halper etc seem to have some honesty in them, and they're just as pissed off as we are. They've all been calling out Russiagate from day one, the intel agencies, the endless wars, Joe being Senile, Wall Street fucking us, the news being fake, big tech censorship and collusion, the importance of free speech, and the "insurrection" being a hype campaign to prepare people for the Patriot Act 2.0, MAGA edition.
I mean, this whole stonk war may prove to be the best chance we've ever had to blow the lid. If the regime's legitimacy evaporates, we win, right? If they can't control the market anymore, they can't control anything.

Populist America just declared a Trade War on the ruling class, and it's glorious. They've been forced to expose their hand on an issue untainted by partisanship and ideological struggles. Discord banned WSB for "hate speech" and Financial Times, Vice and CNN Politics tried to tie the subreddit and the Gamestop squeeze to "white supremacy." CNBC called this "foreign interference." They thought all those same tricks they've been using against the populist right would work again against the retail trading community. LMAO. If anything, this is going to wake up a lot of everyday people who will see these kinds of accusations and go, "oh bullshit! I use that subreddit and I know it's not racist ...wait a minute, where have I heard this before..."

And it has to be that way, right? Because you don’t want philosophers as soldiers, generally. They tend to defect easily when you order them to do something unprincipled, and an oath to the military would be regarded more cynically by a philosopher than by a soldier. But what’s the higher oath - to the Pentagon, or to the Constitution? What do you regard as higher? Genuine question.
