sounds like that could be a good place to set up shop! I'd build simple and small for now with provisions for expansions in the future that you might reasonably predict.
and hopefully you are in the highlands...don't want to find yourself under water, literally in event of a major rain event or sea rise (a reasonable expectation based upon the usual cycles of the sun/earth/solar system, not globull warming)

I think you should not rush this. the politics of your town, county and state can't be understated in current times and if you want to pack up and move to a Texas, Florida or other location you will stand to lose money and have a hard time extracting yourself from the process.
materials are quite pricey and hard to get currently, but not impossible, at least not yet. you should find yourself a good amount of land to expand on and be able to be self sufficient in the instance you need to be. it should have a good well, trees for firewood/energy generation, etc.
it's never been more obvious what you should be seeking for a property, so if what you and your lovely wife seek does not fit certain criteria I'd pull back

I am not Q and not been following Q for long but I've been very well studied on the depravity of the globalists, their agenda and the evil of their false flags.
Based on all my research and whatever critical thinking skills I have, I would bet the farm that this is real and very likely to be presented to the US CORPORATION soon! perhaps Feb 1 which is Freedom Day would make sense based on all the drops, statements from Flynn, etc.
Note that this 2nd declaration of independence should make us a rich country again but might leave us in shambles a bit until we can establish governments and get our bearings. Will local zoning ordinances still have effect ? What will happen to court cases in admiral courts? What will happen to the value of the dollar? Value of your property? I think real estate and real gold are the things to own, but in realty I would live hand to mouth and be happy to just survive if what I believe to be happening/happened is in fact happening!
The evil pedos and traitors may get opportunity to walk away with their "head" as this 2nd declaration states but they will certainly be pariahs in the world. frankly it frightens me to think they could continue to do the things they do to children, but to avoid an all out war perhaps this needs to be the offer. after all, if they had nothing to lose what would they being willing to do to fight to survive?
I wonder if this is why Gates bought up so much property? To live in seclusion with his fellow satanists? To have significant value in land? Although, it may be the case that all of these traitors are to have certain assets taken from them that exist in OUR STATES.
