For the record, it is allegedly a "disgruntled employee" who did it, and I've seen earlier today another instance when that happened earlier during Trump's first term.
I appreciate the concern, but really this is a bit naive. And I don't mean it as a way to insult you. Trump can't do much because no one wants to carry his water. He can't do much without the military, at this point in time, 8 days before the inauguration.
Chain of command is everything, and the swamp runs too deep for one man (and a few allies here and there, but really scattered far away from each other) to drain it.
To be honest, if nothing happens and Trump doesn't get in, don't take it as the end, but rather, the beginning of a new way of understanding. The US wouldn't be the first country to fall victim to the swamp...and some countries have come out of the spell with strong revolutions.
