Landed headfirst onto an invisible metal street sign (covered in snow) and it sliced his head in half. He did not survive. Wearing a helmet, he would probably still be alive today.

This thread needs more info. Was your friend actually tested for Covid, or does it say "suspected" for the diagnosis because they didn't test? Did they do any x-rays, MRIs, etc to rule out other things?
I know we want to imagine that hospitals are giving fake diagnosis for the "covid bucks", but that's incredibly stupid and risky, for a hospital/doctor to do - misdiagnosis of this nature can open them up to MASSIVE lawsuits. I just don't see a hospital wanting to risk losing millions on one patient in a lawsuit to get a few extra thousand dollars in Covid funds.
