Those checks on mail ins and monitors are the tamper evident seal on our elections. That was broken. That’s like getting an oj from the store and the seal is broken, and instead of throwing it away you start digging around in it to find out if somebody peed in your orange juice. See L3 communications for more details on this. However I think that once they do this the gate keepers of the Internet backbone will clamp down on even that
