First off, the official story is that he was beaten to death with a fire extinguisher: https://www.nytimes.com/2021/01/08/us/politics/police-officer-killed-capitol.html

Interestingly, the officer was a Trump supporter: https://nypost.com/2021/01/10/what-the-left-wants-to-ignore-about-slain-capitol-police-officer/

No footage has been found of anybody beating him or a police officer to death with a fire extinguisher (at least I've not found any), but a video of Robert Sanford throwing one shows it hitting someone else being hit as the person seems younger, fatter and seems like a protestor without a helmet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7PZrb_b2BAY&feature=youtu.be

Yet, the UK Daily Mail figures this is him being hit by it and this rumor has circulated: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9135979/Family-killed-Capitol-Police-officer-Brian-Sicknick-release-heartbreaking-statement.html

Yet, there's other claims that he was pulled down and beaten, which is not possible to be the same guy hit by the fire extinguisher (starts at 0:13 watch as someone gets pulled down/beaten near bottom of screen, they take helmet and shield) https://sg.news.yahoo.com/amphtml/scenes-mayhem-pro-trump-protesters-003754604.html

Another angle and no fire extinguisher anywhere near - https://i.maga.host/xJK0hhq.png

However, Brian's brother Ken told ProPublica: "He [Brian] texted me last night and said, ‘I got pepper-sprayed twice,’ and he was in good shape. Apparently he collapsed in the Capitol and they resuscitated him using CPR." But the day following that text, the family received news from the hospital that Brian was suffering from a blood clot and he had a stroke. The only thing keeping him alive was a ventilator. https://www.propublica.org/article/officer-brian-sicknick-capitol

The family says Sicknick had texted them Wednesday night to say that while he had been pepper-sprayed, he was in good spirits. “The text arrived hours after a mob’s assault on the Capitol had left more than 50 officers injured and five people dead." According to the mainstream narrative, he died before the text got sent, which is weird. But given the crowd it could have just come through late.

BUT if he wasn't dead yet, then there was 4 people who died, not 5. “He texted me last night [Wednesday] and said, ‘I got pepper-sprayed twice,’ and he was in good shape,” said Ken Sicknick, his brother, as the family drove toward Washington. “Apparently he collapsed in the Capitol and they resuscitated him using CPR.” But the day after that text exchange [Thursday], the family got word that Brian Sicknick had a blood clot and had had a stroke; a ventilator was keeping him alive." Apparently the next line addresses it: "As apparently premature news of Sicknick’s death spread in law enforcement circles, the U.S. Capitol Police Department remained silent," And then it comes out he may have died from a medical condition. “Authorities believe Sicknick's death was driven by a medical condition,” ABC News reported, citing “sources familiar with the matter.” https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/officer-brian-sicknick-report-medical-condition

Now it comes out that the body was apparently turned over to the family without any autopsy, which is unusual if it really was a murder: “After Officer Brian Sicknick died, the conventional wisdom was that he was killed by a fire extinguisher blow to his head. First, assuming that a blow killed him, why has nobody been charged with his murder? And, if this is a presumed murder, then why has no legal autopsy been performed by a coroner/medical examiner to determine the cause of death. (His body was apparently turned over to his family for burial.) Second, there are conflicting news reports that indicate that Officer Sicknick died of a stress related medical emergency such as a heart attack or stroke. In either case, an autopsy would be done to determine which one of the two mechanisms of death are most likely. The lack of reported autopsy findings is strange.” http://thebullelephant.com/the-curious-nature-of-conventional-wisdom/

Likewise, this story confirms there was no autopsy released and no official releases mentioned anything about a fire extinguisher. Initially, there was no official description of the death of USCP officer Brian Sicknick, and initially there was no official autopsy results released for officer Brian Sicknick. Neither of the initial official releases from the US Attorney’s Office or the United States Capitol Police confirmed that Sicknick’s death was caused by the impact of the thrown fire extinguisher.

As shown, it seems Sanford with the fire extinguisher hit someone else as he's not being charged with murder:

"Sanford is accused of throwing a fire extinguisher at a police officer, officials confirmed to several sources." So they want us to believe that there's a separate event of somebody else throwing a fire extinguisher at Sicknick - even though there's no tape of it and Sicknick didn't tell his brother anything like that.

It says “The Inquirer reports Sanford was not the man who threw a fire extinguisher at Police Officer Brian Sicknick, who died from his injuries sustained during the unrest on Jan. 6.“ https://patch.com/pennsylvania/haverford/ex-delco-firefighter-arrested-attacking-officer-capitol

“During the struggle at the Capitol, Sicknick, 42, was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher, two law enforcement officials said. The officials could not discuss the ongoing investigation publicly and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity” https://www.inquirer.com/news/robert-sanford-capitol-riot-arrests-trump-chester-fire-department-delaware-county-fire-extinguisher-20210114.html

The source of that fire extinguisher story is either the police department itself or the news making up anonymous sources.

We know NYT (and mainstream news) have lied about this: “Then on Wednesday, pro-Trump rioters attacked that citadel of democracy, overpowered Mr. Sicknick, 42, and struck him in the head with a fire extinguisher, according to two law enforcement officials. With a bloody gash in his head, Mr. Sicknick was rushed to the hospital and placed on life support.”

This doesn’t follow the police story at all. Sicknick wasn't taken to the hospital with a gash in his head; he supposedly collapsed in the department office when he arrived. If he was taken to the hospital, then how did he text his brother and forget to mention this?

Additionally, on 15 January, the FBI referred to it as a death, not a murder: "We are making progress on all fronts—the pipe bomb case, the rioting and violence investigation, and the death of U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick." https://www.fbi.gov/contact-us/field-offices/washingtondc/news/press-releases/fbi-assistant-director-in-charge-steven-m-dantuonos-remarks-on-press-call-regarding-violence-at-us-capitol-011521

While a subtle difference, a week later the story has changed as does the evidence. But long story short, the widely circulated story does not have the facts supporting it. The only way that we can know for sure, however, would be with an autopsy report.

Does anybody here have any new material on Brian Sicknick's death that I've not posted above already?

Does anybody know the rules for addresses marked undeliverable involving mail that would have gone out to these addresses (specifically VBM ballots)?

Does it go on the trucks or does it never leave the building? If it does go on the truck, is there any reference you can point us to as to the exemption or why this is?

Quasi legal question as we do some analysis here on a major find we're developing
