Last night my based wife spoke with her friend, her friend's mom and grandmother. All formerly anti-Trump. None of them knew about the laptop and email scandal with Hunter.
We live in a DEEP blue area and we've avoided politics when possible to keep things civil, but it's not always possible. Anyway, it began when the grandmother asked "Does anybody else think Biden has dementia?" Then my wife's friend said, "It's OK we can talk politics" and then my wife said, "Yes, and did you know about the Hunter Biden cover up? They found child porn, photos of him doing meth and crack, and texts and emails showing his father got him a job in Ukraine for millions with money funneling through Hunter to Joe."
NONE of them knew what she was talking about, but they thought that Joe is definitely senile and rambling. Use these moments of doubt. They looked into it and my wife asked, "So are you still planning to vote Joe?" The grandmother (the most anti-Trump of all) said, "No! I can't believe that a man like that is being considered a major candidate for the United States, he obviously has dementia!" She got them to vote Trump because they had never read the news for themselves.
NEVER give up, we still have time to switch people on the anti-Trump side as well. The brainwashing is real but information can free people.

My younger brother's birthday coming up soon. He's brainwashed and I know that he won't vote Trump, he's a lost cause and in many respects he's a loser (it may sound mean, but others in my family have called him much worse to his face). I won't go into too much detail here, but I still love him and have concern about him as he's my brother and I sometimes worry that he'll end up a statistic (he drinks a lot, uses lots of weed/mushrooms, does nothing with his life, and I personally think he's a deeply closeted homosexual).
I rarely talk politics with him, but my wife and I were willing to at least spend time with him at the park. At first he refused although he has no plans with friends or anything for his birthday.
He only finally said he's willing to go if we all wear masks. I told him no way, because we're both young and it has a 99.997% survival rate for our age bracket. My wife tells me that I'm being selfish as it's his birthday. I'm willing to go and do the whole 6 feet apart thing if he wants but no on the masks. Unless he's got a secret underlying disease like AIDS/HIV he's not sharing then I think he has no reason to panic.
In any case, should I just suck it up and go with a mask or refuse and do something else like a FaceTime call? What do you think? It got me pissed and conflicted because this is a "man" who is 32 and is very weak emotionally. Thoughts?

Nobody said anything, nobody stopped me, nothing happened from security or the staff. I was kind of shocked myself although nervous, I also felt liberated and rebellious. It doesn't hurt that I'm a pretty big guy but I was quiet and kept to myself. It was pretty exciting, but I'm surprised that I did this in West LA - and more surprised that this has to feel like an act of rebellion.
Went to Trader Joe's after and they were super cucked, but hey 1 out of 2 not bad.
(Unfortunately where I live there's no non-liberal options. Our goal is to move out of here and into Texas no later than August of next year, assuming that my job converts me from being a contractor to a full time employee as my probation ends in December and we discussed it prior to my being hired)
