Both of you can be right. It is politically motivated and they want to take out Bannon, but Bannon and co may have still technically committed fraud. Most execs of nonprofits take a salary -- Bannon and co should have just each taken a 100k and let everyone know. A core issue is that the "we're not taking any money" statements induced people into donating under a false pretense, when they may not have donated otherwise. Even though in reality most/all supporters would still have donated and may be happy with the group's results, there still may be a technical illegality.
The real takeaway is conservatives are always put under the microscope and liberal groups like Clinton foundation are not.
What a way for Jennifer Hudson to pay back Trump after he took her and her surviving family in Trump Tower rent free after most were murdered. Very sad but a fitting ending for the most insidious, pathetic, and disgraceful two hours of TV ever produced.
Republicans emphasize the individual and the foundational principles of our republic, regardless of the various identity politik categories (race, gender, class, sexuality, religion, etc.) the Democrats constantly speak in. A heart that loves its country and countrymen (neighbors) has no room for prejudice. The modern Democratic (ironically named) party uses these categories to push disingenuous narratives that divide our society, all to make people feel politically correct, and angry at illusions (and those who fight the political correctness) and in turn vote Democrats into power.
But keep in mind that many Republicans are at their hearts pure politicians, falling into many of the same traps, like greed and lust for power and control, that Democrats do.
At the end of the day, Trump just wants to make America great for all Americans by creating a society that allows all Americans the opportunity to achieve success and live their life to their fullest potential.
I dont know if this is real or fake but the imagery is hilarious
