That costs money. Employers in US don't want to saddled with that burden. I've worked for many companies of various sizes from family owned to medium-large sized corporations. They all want to low ball the employees and pay them minimum wage, even if you have a college degree.
I don't have any children, the best I can do is red pill friends' kids and maybe help pay for college.
While I think US should be a majority White country, I don't have any solution other than increase the fertility rate. Japan currently has this problem. Even their own politicians can't force their people to procreate.
