The cz75 is a fine piece. The best thing to come out of communism.

I am a health care worker.

You are correct about both points, but you also miss the point.

It is true that life or death decisions are based on money. In a socialized system the focus is on providing the best treatments for the least amount of money because resources are scarce as they are linked to the publics' willingness to fund.

An ethical physician should always prescribe what is in the patient's best interest. But let's not kid ourselves. In socialized settings a physician will prescribe the lowest cost treatment that meets the standard of care while in USA the physician may very well prescribe what the drug salesman persuaded him to prescribe as long as it meets the recognized standard of care.

This is why in the whole world treatment of COVID19 is a five dollar bottle of hydroxycloroquine while in the USA they are trying all sorts of expensive antiviral drugs, convalescent plasma therapy, and ventilators.

If you can bill insurance for $40k why not?

There is not and never has been a free market in medicine. Free markets assume an informed consumer can make decisions in their interest. Medicine in most cases can only be procured through a physician who is educated extensively in how to make good medical decisions. You do not want a profit motive in medicine. It's like letting the car salesman pick your car for you.

This is basically true. Almost all the philosophy behind democratic governance assumes that any voting citizen has skin in the game--property and means of support. Long ago it was recognized that many would just vote for whoever said they'd empty the treasury and given to whoever votes for them. This is essentially the democrat platform.

I live in a part of rural Indiana that votes over 80% republican. All of our local politicians from from the Sherrif to the Surveyor are republican. My State Rep, Sen, and Govenor are all republican. My US rep, both US senators and president are republicans. There is nothing left for someone like me to do except bother these people and try to get them to stick to their promises.

Ask yourself why they hate him so much. TDS has been given, but that is basically just a name for it, not a reason. I am begining to think the handful at the top dislike Trump going after their most cherished perversities and they have whipped their hive mind followers into a frenzy.

Also to make big time money. Why treat somebody with a five dollar bottle of HcQ when you can put them on a vent and collect 39k? No other county has a profit motivated health care system and no other country has such insanity. Medical ethics are gone. All we have left is a medical racketeering organization.

It amazes me how many can't even bother to get a protonmail account instead of Google, or switch to DuckDuckGo.

Sure. I mean a well conducted study is easily pulled off in two weeks admist chaos and there's no way you just pulled this out of your ass.

Surgeries typically last minutes to hours, not a whole damn shift. Everyone on a surgical team traditionally tore the thing off asap once out of the OR.

While this is a good thing it doesn't help much when every hospital charges $10k for a bee sting. Our profit driven medical system works contrary to the best interests of the patient often. Medical ethics are gone, maximizing profit for the hospital is in. No better example that putting thousands on vents for $39k over the coronacold and killing them in some cases when $5 worth of HcQ, Zinc woujd have done the job.

There several dirt tracks where I live. My bro in law started his career at one as a mechanic.

NASCAR is not IndyCar or Formula One. The first is painfully boring until the last two laps. The latter two are worth watching.

After Jussie, Rona, "the protests", I just sort of assume hoax and only accept if evidence proves otherwise. It's the only way you can maintain mental hygiene.

Levin is a neocon through and through. He is against America first and any kind of fair trade. He is a perma back the blue type that cannot look critically at law enforcement in light of constitutional principles he purports to uphold. Guy also has a shrill, ranty voice I cannot stand. He belongs on the 2-3am slot IMO.

Gosh. Levin learned something, I thought it impossible when you know everything already. Seriously.
