This has NOT YET HAPPENED therefore, no standing!

SCOTUS cannot tell legislatures how to appoint EC - they have no authority to do so, as far as I am aware.

So even if they heard the case, what can the SCOTUS do?

Once the EC electors have be been appointed, and if that gives JB his 270, then Texas have standing.

The 26% tweet is mathematically incorrect in my opinion. It is saying that of 200 ballots scanned through, it read 113 B 87 Trump. That’s not a 26% flip exactly - it gives B 56.5% and Trump 43.5% - a 13% lead on that batch only.
