If SCOTUS hears the Texas case, which I think they have to at this point, the PA case is pretty much moot. The Justices have an out without needing to provide a remedy. They can rule that the actions of the executive and judicial branches of the respective states did violate the fourteenth amendment protections of the petitioners and by default any other member state of the union. They can order the state legislatures to provide a remedy for something they fucked up. Constitutionally green lighting them to send Trump electors. One hand can essentially wash the other here and the republic remains in tact. It’s going to be very touch and go, be ready to still move to box four.

The SC doesn’t even need to issue a remedy. They can find for unconstitutionality and send it back to the state Legislature to remedy. This is what will happen, the legislatures will have a tough time, politically, trying to back out after the SC has given them approval. Hold the line.
